PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT: The MOST important part of pressing ANY screen print is PRESSURE. You must have HEAVY, HEAVY, even pressure. Your press should be almost impossible to open and close.
YOU CANNOT USE AN IRON OR CRICUT EASY PRESS
OR HTVRONT PRESS.
SINGLE COLOR INSTRUCTIONS:
TEMP: 325 DEGREES F
TIME: 7-10 SECONDS
PRESSURE: HEAVY
PEEL: HOT/IMMEDIATELY
SOFT LOW HEAT FOR FULL COLOR
TEMPERATURE: 300 TO 325 DEGREES (300 IS BEST FOR 100% POLYESTER & 325 IS BEST FOR COTTON & COTTON BLENDS)
TIME: 7 TO 10 SECONDS
PRESSURE: EXTREMELY HEAVY (AS HIGH AS YOU CAN GO & STILL CLOSE IT)
PEEL: HOT PEEL IMMEDIATELY
Do not do a second press or press hotter than recommended. This can make the print stiff.
PUFF INK INSTRUCTIONS:
Please follow instructions closely. The puff ink is a bit finicky. Because the puff ink can easily be damaged by heat and humidity during shipping/storing we do not offer refunds or returns on these due to pressing issues.
TEMP: 350 degrees
TIME: 7 SECONDS PRESSURE: MEDIUM HEAVY
PEEL: HOT / IMMEDIATELY
VINTAGE INK FORMULA: these prints are less opaque and allow more of the shirt to show through the print creating a fun vintage worn tee shirt look.
TEMP: 375 degrees
TIME: 7 SECONDS
PRESSURE: HIGH/EXTREMELY HEAVY (at least 60 psi)
PEEL: HOT/IMMEDIATELY
NO SECOND PRESS NECESSARY
DO NOT PRESS AT A LOWER HEAT.
