Please read through these policies. Hopefully these will answer most of your questions.

SHIPPING:

  • Shipping is through the USPS or UP
  • Once the packages are in the possession of the USPS/UPS  I am no longer responsible for them. I’m not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • There are NO refunds for lost, stolen or damaged packages
  • Shipping is by weight.

 

TURN AROUND TIMES:

  • PRESALES - ship out approximately 12-14 BUSINESS DAYS from the day they close

REFUNDS:

  • If you are sent the wrong items please contact us within 7 days from receipt
  • If the mistake was ours we will gladly fix it. 
  • THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR USER ERROR. THIS INCLUDES PRESSING INCORRECTLY, EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTION, OR NOT USING A COMMERICAL HEAT PRESS. 
  • If YOU ordered the wrong item or did not understand what you were ordering then there is no refund. Please READ ALL DESCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY
  • As stated above there are NO REFUNDS for orders lost, stolen, or damaged once in the hands of the USPS/UPS.
